Application
Mud traps are designed for removing suspended matter and other impurities out of water in central heating installations.
Construction
Mud traps may work with pressure 1,6 MPa and temp. 200oC (design parameters). They are made of carbon steel of certain defined chemical and strength properties. They are produced in five sizes depending on diameter of inlet/outlet connector pipes (dn 200-350 mm). Sedimentation filters may be equipped with magnesium protectors on demand.
Designation example
Mud trap for pressure of 1,6 MPa and temp. 200oC of external diameter 700mm with inlet/outlet connector pipes, and of nominal diameter 250 mm.
