Application
Mud traps are used to stop the solid impurities flowing in the pipelines of heat distribution systems.
Construction
Mud trap is designed as a tank made of structural carbon steel, welded, with attestation. In order to facilitate filter replacement, the mud trap is equipped with an oval gauge hatch. Type A mud traps are produced in two sizes, depending on diameter of inlet/outlet connector pipes: dn125 and 150. Approximate weight is 100kg. Type B mud traps are produced in three sizes, depending on diameter of inlet/outlet connector pipes: dn100, 125, 150.

Mud trap for pressure 0,6 MPa and temperature 200°C, of nominal diameter ø400 mm, with inlet/outlet connector pipes of nominal diameter 150mm; type A. MUD TRAP 5/A
MUD TRAP 4/B -mud trap ø400, for pressure 1,6MPa for pipelines of diameter up to dn100.
A/m mud traps replace the previously produced traps, based on drawing no Nr RZ-132.0.0.
