In order to provide appropriate quality of welded structures our plant uses only qualified welding technologies and the welding process itself is performed by experienced and qualified welders. Below a list of main welding techniques applied in our plant:
111 (SMAW) – shielded electrode welding,
131/135 (GMAW) – welding with MIG and MAG method (i.e. with a consumable electrode, shielded with inert or activated gas )
121 (SAW) shielded arc welding,
141 (GTAW) welding with TIG method (i.e. with tungsten electrode shielded with inert gas) – abbreviation acc. to ASME (GTAW),
21 Spot welding.
